Faulty Product

Our products come with 12 months manufacturers warranty regardless if the unit was purchased on sale or not. In the unfortunate event your unit is faulty we ask you to send a short video showing the problem. We replace all faulty items with a new item that is within the 12-month warranty period as long as the product was used as directed. Proof of purchase is required if your account cannot be verified.

Products found faulty due to mishandling or misuse will not be covered by warranty.

FOR BEAUTY BY LIGHT LED MASK:

Request a free personalised treatment plan by emailing info@beautybylight.com.au mentioning your main skin concerns. Use our mask for at least 90 days and if you feel our mask has not given you results after 90 days of daily use following the treatment plan that was given, you can apply for a refund. A return for any other reason will not be accepted such as a change of mind, or discomfort from wearing the mask. If you are claustrophobic you may find placing a mask on your face for long periods of time suitable. The LED mask is a one size fits all so depending on the shape of your face you may find it doesn't fit like a glove however, this doesn't impact the performance of the device. Please be sure that this product is right for you before purchasing. You will be responsible for the return shipping and must return the mask in the same packaging and condition it was sent to you in. If the mask is returned damaged, missing parts or in an unsatisfactory condition your return will not be accepted.  

The mask must be used for at least 90 days and returned within 120 days of the purchase date and meet the conditions above. We require a time stamped photo from the first day of use and on the last day of using showing your results. You can blur out your face. This is not valid on any other product including the goggles. If you purchased one of our kits, only the LED mask is refundable.

  1. This Money-Back Guarantee is only valid on the Beauty By Light Advanced IPL Hair Removal Handset.
  2. You must trial our handset for a minimum of 60 days (from the date of delivery) but for no more than 90 days.
  3. You must complete at least 6 treatments. A photo must be taken before you shave each week of the same treatment area/s. These photos are required so we can visually track the change in your hair growth journey. 
  4. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction over the 6 - 12 sessions, email your 6 photos, a copy of your treatment tracker and order number to info@beautybylight.com.au
  5. All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
  6. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps.
  7. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  8. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.

 The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.

For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.

Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

We advise to return the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.
